HBSS Connect Corp today announced the close of its acquisition of TranWare LLC, a Clearwater, Florida company that offers comprehensive transportation scheduling software features with a focus on small to medium size companies providing demand response, NEMT, microtransit, and paratransit services.
TranWare’s focus on smaller agencies and companies, along with their rapid deployment model, has allowed them to bring their software to the marketplace at affordable prices.
